In spring 2015 I was pregnant with my second child, lived in a new town in an apartment I didn't like and had a super active 3 year old at home.
I was exhausted, somewhat depressed, lonely and deeply yearning for a change. Just around that time I started seeing posts everywhere on Facebook about Bars, magic and miracles and I was both annoyed and intrigued and wanted to know more.
In the summer of 2015 I finally attended my first Access Bars® class and
it blew my mind. It was light, fun, easy and created so much space and ease in my body and being. I found my path.
After that I wanted to explore everything else Access had to offer. I've been doing that ever since, offering my services as a Bars practitioner (offering sessions of bars and other Access energetic processes) and teaching the 1 day Access Bars® class, the Access Energetic Facelift® class and the 4 day Foundation® class.
I've attended 6 Access Bars classes, 5 Access Foundation classes, 3 COP classes, 2 ESB classes, 4- 3 day body classes, 2 SOP classes an Advanced body class, and Access 7 day class and I bring all of these class energies into my teachings and sessions.
Access has brought a sense of meaning to my life. Most of my self criticism and judgment totally dissipated, my feeling of loneliness is gone and so is the depression. My life has totally changed since I found Access and now I'm thrilled to offer all these classes and introduce this world of magic to others.
